The Service

Applications built to be approved

Community funding can be the lever that drives businesses and entrepreneurs to grasp opportunities for development and growth. Across successive grant schemes, we have built up extensive experience in drafting rural investment projects, backed by a track record of approvals that speaks for itself.

Support measures

Our process in 5 steps

From the first conversation to the project's approval, we handle every stage with rigour and transparency.

  1. We meet your business

We begin with a free initial meeting to understand your ideas, evaluate your eligibility, and identify the most suitable funding measures for your project.

  2. We outline a plan

Through an on-site visit and a thorough viability assessment, the optimal strategy is defined, selecting the funding programme that maximises your chances of success.

  3. Taking care of every single detail

Full preparation of the dossier: investment plan, financial analysis and supporting documents. Making sure your application is air-tight

  4. Let´s submit your application

Every application is submitted directly through Balcão dos Fundos da Agricultura, ensuring full compliance with technical requirements while eliminating any bureaucratic hassle

  5. We are here to help

Project support continues beyond approval, covering payment requests, execution reports, and final dossier closure.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about applications?

How long does it take to prepare a PEPAC application?
It depends on how complex the project is, but on average we prepare a complete application in 3 to 6 weeks. The earlier you get in touch before the call opens, the stronger the case we can build.
What is your success rate on applications?
Our approval rate is over 90%. We always run an eligibility check first and only go ahead with applications that stand a real chance of approval.
How much does the application consultancy service cost?
The initial eligibility check is free and comes with no obligation. The preparation service combines a fixed fee with a success fee, set according to the investment and the programme. We always give you the quote before starting.
What documents do I need to start the application?
To get going, all we need is the applicant's details and an idea of the investment you have in mind. As we go, we guide you through gathering the rest - certificates, investment plan, quotes and financial statements.
