Objective
To add value to local agricultural production by supporting small investments in the processing and marketing of agricultural products that boost the local economy.
Eligible beneficiaries
Individuals or legal entities engaged in the processing of agricultural products, the bioeconomy and the circular economy (Article 5(e), (k) and (ee) of Ordinance 247/2025/1). One application per beneficiary, covering a single sector of activity.

Call: DOLMEN/Aviso 01/D.1.1.1.2/2026. Legal basis: Ordinance 247/2025/1. Eligible area: the municipalities of Amarante, Baião, Cinfães, Marco de Canaveses and Resende (all parishes) and, in Penafiel, the parishes of Abragão, Luzim e Vila Cova, Peroselo, Boelhe and Rio de Moinhos. Applications from 23/10/2026 to 11/12/2026 (5:00 pm). Support rate of 50% for eligible investment above €10,000 and up to €250,000. Budget: €330,000 of public expenditure.
