Objective
To strengthen the skills of beneficiaries of other PEPAC (CAP Strategic Plan) interventions through close and continuous support, complementary to farm advisory services and training. In the case of young farmers, it supports the initial set-up phase, contributing to the renewal of the business fabric and the development of rural areas.
Eligible beneficiaries
Farm advisory service providers recognised in the SAAF, individually or in partnership, with more than 35 agricultural specialist technicians and practitioners registered at 18/08/2026. One application per beneficiary.

Eligible actions
Specialised technical support for young farmers (C.2.2.1 and C.2.2.2) for 3 years, with action plans between 01/01/2026 and 30/06/2029.
Eligible costs
Unit cost per support case: 2 674,37 € (projects up to 150 000 €) and 2 984,24 € (projects above 150 000 €). Limit of 25 000 € per farmer and of 150 to 230 support cases per application, depending on the number of technicians.
Assessment criteria
VGO = 0,35 A + 0,30 B + 0,15 C + 0,20 D (scale 0 to 20): A – Territorial coverage; B – Diversification of actions; C – Experience in SAAF; D – Experience in technical support. Operations with VGO ≥ 10 are selected.

Support for the provision of specialised precision agriculture services by producer organisations, associations and cooperatives, promoting the application of production inputs only where and when they are needed.

One-year extension of the commitments of approved and active applications under Call No. 01/C.1.1.6/2024, supporting natural pollination, the conservation of native flora and the maintenance of the bee population.
Rate: Fixed annual amount 132 € – 3 170 € per year
