Objective
Restoring the agricultural and land production potential of holdings with damage above 30% caused by the 2026 rural fires.
Eligible beneficiaries
Individuals or legal entities whose agricultural holdings, located in the parishes listed in the Order, lost production potential due to the 2026 rural fires. One application per beneficiary; applicants to the 6th call (PEPAC-C413-006) may apply for different investments.
Eligibility conditions
Agricultural holdings in the parishes listed in the Order, with damage above 30% of production potential, holding registered in the SIP and no outstanding debts to IFAP.

7th call of intervention C.4.1.3 – Restoration of production potential (Rural fires). Legal basis: Ordinance 240/2025/1 and Order of 29 October 2026. Technical Guidance No. 62/2026. Applications from 30/10/2026 to 15/01/2027 (5:00 pm). Support rates: 100% of eligible expenditure up to €10,000; above €10,000, 80% for beneficiaries insured under the Agricultural Insurance System and 50% for others. Investment up to €400,000. Budget: €10 million (proportional reductions if demand exceeds the budget). Insurance compensation is deducted from the support. See the call and list of parishes at pepacc.pt.
