D.1.1.1.3 – Investment in diversification, trade and associated services | APRODER – Anúncio n.º 1
Objective
To promote the diversification of the rural economy by supporting investment in trade, services and associated tourism activities that create or maintain jobs and make the territory more attractive.
Eligible beneficiaries
Natural or legal persons, provided they are SMEs (Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC). One application per beneficiary, covering a single sector of activity.
Eligibility conditions
Natural or legal persons, provided they are SMEs (Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC). Territory: Azambuja, Cartaxo, Rio Maior and Santarém.
Assessment criteria
Ranking by Overall Value of the Operation (VGO), scale 0–20; operations with a VGO of 10 points or more are selected, up to the limit of the budget allocation.
VGO = 60% EDL + 15% ERUER + 10% TIR + 15% PT; EDL = 25% MO + 50% RT + 25% ID.
EDL – contribution to the objectives of the Local Development Strategy; ERUER – renewable energy or efficient use of resources; TIR – internal rate of return; PT – jobs created.

Form of support: Non-repayable grant (reimbursement of actual costs or unit costs). Rate: 50% for eligible investment above 10.000 € and up to 300.000 €. Execution: start within 6 months and completion within 24 months of submitting the acceptance agreement.
